About Maple Trail Homes

Modular Retailer Serving St. Lawrence County, Essex County, & Franklin County

A Family Owned & Operated Business

Serving Our Adirondack Community

Officially established in 2003, Maple Trail Homes is family owned and operated, and based in the heart of the great Adirondacks. Over the past 18 years, we’ve helped build our community by offering a modular approach to home construction that helps make the process of building a new home more feasible, both financially and when it comes to boots on the ground. With a more streamlined construction process, we help local clients avoid struggling with lengthy projects that span challenging winters and quickly rack up unnecessary costs. In fact, all of the modular homes that we place are manufactured in controlled indoor environments, which means your structure won’t be exposed to the elements during its initial construction. With a streamlined process, our approach can save you time and money while offering a high-quality end product that rivals stick built homes.

As tried and true locals ourselves, we take pride in being able to bring modular solutions to the Tri-Lakes region.
